Tune-up your playset
Let us make your playset new again! We offer tune-up and deluxe tune-up services starting at $99 for the tune-up and $199 for the deluxe. Download a how-to guide for tuning-up your playset or call us to schedule a tune-up today!

Materials needed: Redwood stain (we carry the best redwood stain, so come buy it from us!), a 2 1/2 inch brush, a staining mitten, and a pressure washer (2000psi or less) with a wide fan nozzle.
Here's how to do it!
Remove the tarp (if applicable), slide and swings.
Pressure wash the entire set, top to bottom, inside and out at about 6 feet away (so as to not damage the wood).
Let the set dry completely (time will depend on sunlight and warmth of the day).
While the playset is drying, tighten all the hardware on the playset with a 9/16" socket wrench (don't forget the top of the swing beam!). Then do a safety check of the playset.
Sand down any areas that need a bit of attention (if applicable)
Using your staining mitten, stain the playset from top to bottom and inside and out. Do not use a sprayer; it splatters and causes drip marks. Use the brush in between the slats of the playset.
This whole process varies depending on your playset, but allow 4 to 6 hours for the whole process.
