Our playsets come in a variety of sizes and shapes and can be customized to fit almost any yard. We recommend you take some pictures and some measurements of your yard and email them to us or bring them to our showroom. Then we can customize a set that will fit within the area including the required safety zones around your set. Our catalogs also contain measurements of each set below the picture. If we can’t determine from the pictures and measurements what will work best then we will schedule a time to come to your home for a site visit.

Yes! Most all of our playsets can be customized to meet your specific needs. Our Playhouse and Outback Series offer the most customization with varying deck sizes, heights, color choices and accessories. Our sets are also designed so that you can add new accessories over time as your child ages. Adding a climbing wall, monkey bars or even just a new swing makes for a perfect birthday or holiday gift and keep your child engaged in active outdoor play. All of our sets are designed to accommodate the entire family with deck support and head beams holding you and your children.

Almost every yard we work in has some slope. We recommend sending us a picture of the yard and we can also help you measure the slope. Depending on the amount of slope we can determine which playset will work best in your yard. Our Outback series is made with interchangeable ladder systems in different lengths to accommodate significant slope. Our swing beams also come in a variety of lengths to help offset slope in your yard. As part of our install we will ensure the playset is level by either digging down or building up the set to make it safe for your child. If you are buying a trampoline Springfree will allow us to dig down a maximum of 6” to help level the trampoline in your yard.

Yes, we can help you take care of your playset. We offer a Deluxe Tune Up service where we tighten all the bolts, check for level, pressure wash the set and then hand stain it. This will prolong the life of the set and keep your investment looking good. The manufacturer recommends staining the set after the first year of ownership and then every few years thereafter as needed.

Yes, we are a full service provider so we can help move anything we sell locally in the area. If you are moving out of state then we can come and take the set, trampoline or goal apart and stage it for the movers to load on their truck.

Yes, we only sell high quality items and each of the products we offer comes with an industry leading warranty. Our Woodplay playset comes with a lifetime warranty on the wood and the majority of our slides. Most other non-wood components come with a 5 year warranty. Our Springfree Trampolines come with a 10 year warranty and the accessories carry a 1 year warranty. Our Goalrilla Basketball goals come with a limited Lifetime warranty.
